MIGNON PINOT NOIR
A garnet-coloured Pinot Noir, with a scent of dark chocolate with cherries, spices and hints of mint. Fresh in the mouth, with an irreverent texture and complex aromas that remind one of chocolate, cherries, spices and violets.
This Pinot Noir is made from partially destemmed organic grapes subjected to spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel press with foot-trodden. It was left to mature for 18 months in French oak barrels, and a further 18 months in the bottle.
Murganheira Mignon 2019 is a limited and exclusive edition of 1,919 numbered bottles, sold in packs of two.
Varieties: Pinot Noir

RESERVE SAUVIGNON BLANC
This wine is produced exclusively from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes. With a shiny hue, and a golden-yellow colour, the scent of this Sauvignon Blanc has hints of fig, green asparagus, minerals and the wood in which it fermented. In the mouth it has an excellent acidity, volume and elegance, with a figgy taste and a lasting finish.
The vinification process involves cryogenic destemming, and pneumatic pressing, with 70% fermentation in stainless steel vats and the remaining 30% in 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of ageing in the barrel and 10 in the bottle.
Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc
